AgizaTips provides football analytics, model-based predictions, bookmaker-price comparison, alerts, subscriptions and personal tracking tools across the website and mobile app.

Information we process

• Account details such as name, email address, phone number and account status.
• Authentication information such as hashed passwords, session-token hashes and linked Google account identifiers. Raw passwords are not stored.
• Subscription and payment metadata needed to verify access. Card or mobile-money credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by AgizaTips.
• Device and notification information such as platform, app version and Firebase push token.
• Preferences, watchlists, notification settings and tracked-bet records that you choose to save.
• App and website telemetry, diagnostics and security events.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate your account, secure authentication, provide personalised football analysis, manage subscriptions, deliver alerts, maintain reliability, prevent abuse and improve the service.

Third-party processors

AgizaTips uses service providers including Firebase/Google for app infrastructure and optional Google sign-in, Paystack for eligible direct-distribution payments, and external bookmakers only when you choose to open an approved bookmaker link.

Shared website/app data

Your preferences, watchlist, notification inbox, notification schedule, tracked bets and personal performance use the same AgizaTips account records on web and Android, so changes can appear on both services.

Retention

Operational telemetry and push-delivery logs are scheduled for deletion after approximately 180 days. Password-reset and account-deletion tokens expire and are periodically cleaned up. Account and transaction information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax or legal obligations.

Account deletion

You can request deletion in the app or on the web deletion page. Personal mobile-app and website account data is removed or anonymised, sessions are revoked and push devices are disabled. Some transaction records may be retained where legally required.

Security

AgizaTips uses HTTPS, hashed passwords, hashed API tokens, short-lived access tokens, rotating refresh tokens, secure session cookies and server-side access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can control notification preferences, remove watchlist items, sign out, or request account deletion.

Children

AgizaTips is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not designed for children.
